01.Which cleaning service is right for my home?
Regular cleaning keeps your selected rooms tidy. Deep cleaning gives accessible surfaces more attention. Move-in / move-out, after-event and post-construction cleaning cover specific needs. Review what’s included and the available extras before confirming.
02.How much will my cleaning cost?
Your quote depends on the service, property, rooms and extras you choose. Cleaning details and applicable taxes are shown before you confirm. Share any specific needs to help prepare for the visit. If the scope or price needs to change, you’ll receive a proposal that you can accept or decline. Your booking details and available documents can then be found in your account.
03.Can I book for a short-term rental?
The booking process includes short-term rentals. You schedule the visits and specify access instructions, linens and priorities. Coordination is manual: Airbnb and iCal calendar synchronization is not offered.
04.How do I become a Sweeple partner?
Tell us about your experience and availability, and submit the requested documents. Submitting your application starts the review process. Access to jobs follows approval of the requirements and completion of onboarding.
05.When will the apps be available?
Sweeple is getting ready to launch. Download links and the opening of bookings will be announced when available. Questions? Email app@sweeple.ca.
