01.How do I become a Sweeple Cleaner?
Tell us about yourself, your experience and your specialties, then provide the requested information and documents. Your application is reviewed, and you can respond to any requests for more information. Access to jobs may be opened once the required checks and onboarding steps are complete.
02.Is this an employee position?
You work as an independent partner. You choose your service area, availability and the offers that suit you. Your earnings depend on the jobs you accept and complete; no number of jobs or minimum income is guaranteed.
03.Can I choose my availability and jobs?
Yes. Set your availability, service areas and specialties to receive offers that fit your business. Review each offer and choose whether to accept or decline it. Available offers depend on demand in your area and the services you have access to.
04.How can I see what a job pays?
Before accepting, review the service price, applicable fees, taxes and estimated net amount. You can assess the offer before committing. The job details and any adjustments then appear in your earnings history.
05.How do earnings and payouts work?
View your earnings by job, with pending, reserved, available and paid amounts shown separately. Track each payout through to bank confirmation. Applicable terms and processing times will be shared before jobs become available.
